I was VERY unhappy with my interaction with this hair cutting establishment. I had brought photos to show the hairdresser exactly the cut I wanted, but she went ahead with her own idea of what she thought would look nice. It was WAY shorter that illustrated in the photos, and I stopped her when I realized how short it was. No apologies were given, and I was treated as though I was some sort of a weirdo. I was upset and asked for a different hair cutter. This person did the best she could with the part haircut I had received, but it certainly is MUCH shorter at the back than illustrated in my photos. I was not offered a reduction in price, although I certainly had been visibly upset. Best to avoid this place all together!
