Hi Abier, was at the salon with my Mom of 80yrs old she had just move to Ottawa needed a new hairdresser we met with Randa did a nice cut what I did not appreciate as soon as she was sitting in chair she was pushed to buy products shampoo and specific oil for hair growth when I went to cash to pay her total was over $150.00 I ask how much it was for products and told receptionist to keep oil I was not given a receipt I ask for one written by hand obviously they did not want to declare transaction put in pocket my question is how can you take advantage of vulnerable person my Mom as been ill in hospital for 8 months as soon as she was sitting in chair she was push for products I didn't appreciate my Mom being taking advantage very disappointed!!!!
