Nora did a full head of highlights and did a fantastic job! She took the time to understand what I wanted and executed the colour perfectly. I am also happy with how thorough she was when placing the highlights. I would highly recommend Nora to my friends, family and colleagues. I am definitely coming back to Nora to get my summer highlights done and beyond.
