Unprofessional loves gossip

Horrible experience would not recommend this place to anyone with a pulse they don’t know how to conduct themselves in a professional manor, are clueless as to what a consultation is meant for. They completely misunderstood what I asked for, when I claimed explained I was not satisfied they rudely spoke down to me and over charged me. The owner lies at the drop of a hat to cover her mistakes and shortcomings. They posted about mental health and being supportive when they themselves create a toxic atmosphere full of employees who drain their negative energy on you the entire time in a completely unprofessional way. Can’ t stress enough do not waste your money here.

We take great pride in listening, to guests, and taking all steps necessary to build a plan that will best suit our guest’s needs and desired outcomes, through our consultation process. Our company also thrives off of continual education that invariably supports our refinement of both our technical craft and required soft skills. As noted in my previous reply, it would be our pleasure to make the changes to your hair that will provide you the effects you were seeking. It’s unfortunate due to your extenuating circumstances that it has taken a month to reschedule this appointment. I would never take mental illness lightly, nor would I accept any of our team being disrespectful or belittling any disorder that in any way would promote negative behavior Thank you for your comments and providing us the opportunity to recreate your desired hair goals today.
