2nd part of an email from Kathy: .....Thank you for the Christmas gift - I was so shocked to be given it yesterday I didn't open it until this morning - you sure have me pegged - a water bottle - how fitting along with the gc for the eyebrows and the products - when I was having my hair washed yesterday, I was commenting on the smell of the shampoo and how lovely it smelled and what do I find in the bag - dam girl you are good. (you of course know that oil will go to great use as well). PS I believe its the client that should be giving you Christmas gift just sayin ...... I feel poorly yesterday - first of all I do not know the name of the girl that washed my hair and then while I was trying to make sure everyone got the appropriate tip yesterday, I forgot to tip her - I will try and make it up to her next time. I also would like to adopt her so she could come to work with me and massage my head like she did yesterday, all day long while I am at work ---- she didn't think you would go for that. :( So all that to say I am grateful to be your client, keep doing what you are doing - because you definitely rock! An email from Kathy Good morning Tanya: I woke up feeling sentimental this morning, so please bear with me. It was my lucky day when Chris suggested that I give you a try after my hairdresser informed me she would be moving out of town. It takes a very special person to put up with my anal retentiveness and type A personality. It is also a very special talented person that makes me feel like so awesome while I am there and feeling like a princess when I leave. Now, if only you would move in with me for the mornings so you could do my hair like yesterday for everyday. As I said to Mariam - I never hesitate to recommend Tappa to my friends, and as you know, once they try you out - they keep coming back (Brenda and Sandy - so far !). Tappa speaks for itself ! You have a created a really awesome environment at Tappa, starting from the minute a client walks in and is greeted, during their visit and when they leave. The staff are truly amazing - so friendly, welcoming and genuine. Its not just the environment but every time I leave - I love my hair (yes I don't show it immediately - cause you know what I am like - but I do ).
